REQUIRED WAIVER FORM FOR ALL SCOUTS We will be breaking into 2 groups for visits to the Wilmington Fire Department on Monday, December 9. They plan to lead us through the bay and station to teach Scouts about the important job firefighters do, as well as highlight how what their typical day looks like, the tools/gear they use, and the importance of fire safety. Additionally, the fire fighters will make sure to highlight fire safety precautions to take when camping, campfires, and wildfires as well. Groups A and B are listed below. For safety reasons, the fire departments requires that every adult, student, and child attending the tour complete and submit a liability form. They will be collected at the start of the tour. Please find the form attached. Each participant must bring a signed form to the tour, or we may not be able to allow them to participate.
