Pack 215 Announcements & Happenings

  Spring Cub Camp Weekend Date: April 25 - April 27  This will be a fantastic opportunity to camp out with your Pack and Scouting families. Scouts will also be able to participate in the Cub Scout Shooting Awards and Rank Adventures.  Elective Adventures being offered for this event include: Lions: Mountain Lion | Build it up, Knock it Down Tigers: Tigers in the Wild | Tiger Tag Wolves: Running with the Pack | Code of the Wolf Bears: Paws for Action | Roaring Laughter Webelos: My Safety | Earth Rocks Registration Page

  District Pinewood Derby Race Date: Sunday, March 30 | Time: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm The race will be held at Jungle Rapids in Wilmington. Race day check in will be at 1pm. The race starts at 2pm sharp with awards to follow afterwards. The entry fee is $5 per racer and a complete list of rules is available on the  registration page.

Our next planning meeting will be held on Thursday, April 3 at 6pm at Brixx Pizza in Mayfair. All are welcome and encouraged to come!

WHO: All Pack 215 Scouts and families WHAT: End-of-Year Trip to South Carolina (Charleston area) WHEN: Friday, May 9 - Sunday, May 11, 2025 WHERE: Patriots Point/USS Yorktown and camping nearby COST: TBA - will include admission to Patriots Point (on a reduced ground rate), Camp ground fees, and Meals - Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast INFORMATION: Admission to Patriots Point will include access to USS Yorktown, USS Laffey, The Vietnam Experience Exhibit, the Medal of Honor Museum, and a privately guided tour for our group. We're looking at camping at nearby for the weekend since the overnight program at the Yorktown would not include our Lion Scouts due to their age. More info coming soon! Admission tickets on the group rate should be $22pp. Once we know how many camp sites we'll need, we'll be able to get a finalized total per person that'll be due by April 15.  RSVP for count purposes
