4/29 Meeting Locations

Tonight, the Lions, Tigers, and Wolves will be at St Mark's meeting in the school gym due to a birthday party for Father Cecar. Everyone is invited to Father's party after the meeting which will be held in the parish hall.  The Bears and Webelos will be meeting at Greenfield Lake Park for a hike.  Please meet at 200-298 Park St, Wilmington, NC 28401 which is the  main parking area  for the park. (We'll be hiking the dashed line on the map.) Please arrive by 5:45pm so that we can start the hike at 6pm or earlier and expect to be done by 7:30pm at the latest. All Scouts will need to bring a light day bag with their  6 essentials  in it. The "trail food" will be eaten once we make it to the Jackson Point Picnic Area. Everyone should wear closed toed shoes for the hike. No Class A uniform needed.

EOY Trip to the NC Zoo

End-of-Year Overnighter: May 10-12, 2024 Camping Friday to Sunday at Zooland Family Campground, Asheboro, NC NC State Zoo admission Zoo Education Program 10:30am on Saturday Covers breakfast on Saturday and Sunday as well as dinner on Saturday. Lunch on Saturday should be brown-bagged OR purchased at the zoo $35 per person plus Zoo admission for those needing it (group rate of 15+ people = $13/adult or $9/youth 2-12yo). NC Aquarium members or Association of Zoos and Aquariums members have free admission to the NC State Zoo. Register Here  before May 5, 2024

Cape Fear Honor Flight

Cape Fear Honor Flight - Welcome Home Celebration Celebrating veterans that will be taking a trip to Washington DC on Saturday and returning home that evening. Many of these veterans never received a welcome home when they came home from overseas, so now's the time to celebrate their service to our country! Arrive at ILM airport by about 8:45pm for an approximate 9:30pm parade of veterans Line the terminal sidewalks and Airport Blvd - bring signs and flags to welcome home our heroes! Scouts should be in Class A uniform. Parking will be limited so carpooling is strongly encouraged. https://www.honorflightcfa.org/

Spring Cub Camp 4/12-14

The whole family is invited to Camp McNeill for a weekend filled with fun programs of rank adventures and shooting sports. Pack 215 will be attending the first weekend: April 12-14 (registration deadline is 4/8 - select First Union for the campsite). There are 2 other weekends that Scouts can attend if they can't make it the first weekend with the Pack.  Eight Adventures will be offered. Typically, Scouts attend their next rank's adventure sessions.
